“True Yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.” – Aadil Palkhivala
Meditation can help us to better manage stress and to heal physically and mentally. It can help us to achieve more peace and balance in life. We have the potential to become more efficient at work, enjoy improved relationships, friendships and connections with those we share life with, and to experience increased joy and gratitude. Meditation connects us with our ‘wholeness’, allowing us to feel strong and centered.
