We can structure workplace mindfulness presentations to suit your business, such as:

  • A seminar as part of a workplace health & well-being development day
  • Weekly mindfulness classes for 4-8 weeks
  • Half or full day training sessions on mindfulness meditation, stress-management strategies, neuroscience of the brain, building resilience, work-life balance and effective communication in the workplace.

Jacqui Bohuslav-Andrews has worked for many years in the corporate environment and well understands the pressures individuals within organisations face.  For nearly 20 years she has shared the benefits of yoga and meditation with others including organisations such as the Department of Justice,  Judicial College of Victoria, Coroners’ Court, EL&C Baillieu, ANZ Bank, various Prisons and Juvenile Justice Centres and sporting clubs.  Jacqui’s generous and clear teaching style allows her to share these beneficial techniques and programs within a range of organisational settings.
