Meditation can help us to better manage stress and to heal physically and mentally. It can help us to achieve more peace and balance in life. We have the potential to become more efficient at work and perform better at sport and to be more loving. Meditation connects us with our ‘wholeness’, allowing us to feel strong and centered. These outcomes are possible for those with a meditation practice.
Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation
This 8-week course is designed to introduce you to mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation is the technique which has been taught and refined for many decades at ‘The Gawler Foundation’.
It is a gradual step-by-step approach in how to access the stillness and awareness which is there behind the everyday chatter of the mind. This approach is very accessible (think ‘effortless effort’) and anyone – who wants to- can do it. With the support of a group, learn how to….and then practice meditation. It could quite possibly transform your life!
There are no public Mindfulness Meditation courses scheduled for 2019.
Workplace programs are however available.
