Yoga Harmony offers yoga retreat days in Castlemaine (90 minutes from Melbourne) providing an opportunity to immerse oneself in yoga, meditation & relaxation for a whole day. From this peaceful place we will share yoga classes, meditation sessions, discussions and deep relaxation to enhance our feelings of clarity, expansiveness & centeredness.
Enjoy like-minded company as we share a delicious morning tea and vegetarian lunch. Experience deep yogic relaxation, allowing optimal time for rejuvenation & renewal. Retreat days are an ideal way to deepen one’s knowledge and personal experience of yoga.

- 2:15-3:00pm – Restorative yoga
- 3:00-4:00pm – Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation
