Yoga Harmony offers yoga retreat days/weekends in Castlemaine (90 minutes from Melbourne) providing an opportunity to immerse oneself in yoga, meditation & relaxation. From this peaceful place we will share yoga classes, meditation sessions, discussions and deep relaxation to enhance our feelings of clarity, expansiveness & centeredness.
